This notice applies to information collected when you visit this website or contact us through it. It does not describe how patient records are handled. That is set out in our data governance framework and in the contracts we sign with each partner site.
What we collect
If you write to us, we hold the contents of your message and the contact details you provide, for as long as needed to answer you and maintain a record of the relationship. The contact form on this site composes a message in your own mail client; it does not transmit anything to us until you send it.
We collect aggregate, non-identifying information about site usage to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell or share visitor information, and we do not build profiles of the people who read this site.
Legal basis and your rights
We process the information above on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the site. You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will action the request without asking why.
Retention and transfers
Correspondence is retained while the relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Where information is processed outside your jurisdiction it is done under appropriate safeguards, and partner sites may impose stricter residency requirements that override anything here.
