These terms cover the website itself. Every commercial relationship we enter, including data licences, environment licences, clinical pilots and EHR deployments, is governed by its own signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything written here.
Nothing here is a medical service
This site describes products and research. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on it should be used to make a clinical decision about any individual. Osseus models are deployed only inside contracted partner sites, under clinical supervision, within an agreed governance framework.
Nothing here is an offer
Descriptions of datasets, environments, models and licence tiers are indicative. Availability, coverage and terms vary by contributing site, jurisdiction and consent scope, and are fixed only in a signed agreement. Figures presented on this site are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise in a contract.
Use of the site
You may read, link to and quote this site with attribution. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, misrepresent your affiliation with Osseus, or use our name or marks in a way that implies an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
Content and marks
The text, artwork and design of this site belong to Osseus. The Osseus name and mark are ours. Third-party names appear only where they are factually relevant.
Correspondence
Unsolicited material sent to us is handled as described in our privacy notice. Please do not send us identifiable patient information by email under any circumstances; if you need to share clinical data with us, ask and we will set up a governed channel first.
